Certified ScrumMaster  Ÿ 2 Days

This two-day ScrumMaster certification course is a great jumping off point for becoming a servant leader or effective member of a Scrum team. You’ll first learn the essential concepts and tools of Scrum, including how to execute a discovery session, plan releases and sprints, track and report progress, and continually improve via feedback loops. Then we’ll cover how to build a roadmap for implementing Scrum, and facilitate or participate in Scrum ceremonies, such as release planning, sprint planning, daily Scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives.  Learn more and view the schedule here.

 

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner 3 Days

In this three-day workshop, you’ll get a lot more than just preparation for the PMI-ACP exam.  Yes, there will be a practice exam at the beginning and end of the class.  Yes, there will be practice questions throughout the 3 days of learning.  But, there will also be a combination of lecture, project simulation, and exercises.  The course will provide a broad survey of Agile PM tools, techniques, skills, and knowledge areas. Certified Scrum Product Owner  Ÿ 2 Days

This two-day Scrum Product Owner certification course provides the jumping off point for mastering the most difficult role in Scrum. Being an effective Product Owner is difficult, but, if executed well, can be incredibly rewarding. Dual Certification Prep – Certified ScrumMaster + PMI-ACP Ÿ 3 Days

Get lined up for two certifications while diving deeper into Agile methods with our three-day combined Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and PMI Agile Certified Practioner (PMI-ACP) fundamentals course. In this interactive training, you’ll spend the first day learning about all of the major Agile practices, such as eXtreme Programming, Kanban and Scrum, as well as the impact and history of the Agile movement. Then we’ll move into a Certified ScrumMaster training that goes well beyond the basics to equip students with the practical advice, real world examples, and simulation exercises necessary to transition traditional project managers into agile project managers.  Read more and view the schedule here.

The Agile TeamŸ 2 Days

This workshop provides you and colleagues across all disciplines with experience dealing with complex issues facing agile teams today. We’ll cover agile basics and beyond, to provide real world, practical insights, jumpstart your team on their agile journey, or take current performance to the next level. Then we’ll present a simple model for agile requirements, starting with a vision and progressing all the way down to acceptance tests and testable examples. Agile Requirements Ÿ 2 Days

In this workshop, you and any other colleagues tasked with converting user needs into buildable features will learn how to apply lightweight requirements and specifications in dynamically changing environments. You’ll gain experience in prioritizing, defining and refining requirements to simplify delivery and maximize project value. The workshop also covers all of the Scrum ceremonies, with a focus on how requirements and specifications are evolved and used.
