Solutions
Agile Assessment. In a series of personal and group interviews, we meet with a cross-section of teams, managers and executives from all roles to get a rapid snapshot of the current state of your delivery team(s). We assess your specific challenges, technology, teams, culture, and goals to develop an agile transition plan for your organization. If you’re already practicing agile, we will help create an agile maturity plan instead.
Agile Leadership. We bring your leadership team up to speed on agile methods and their benefits to the organization. We work with your executives and managers to train and mentor them, and help prepare them for the agile transition. We also help set up an agile leadership plan for each manager or executive. We also set up a series of periodic mentoring sessions over a timeline to adapt to each person’s unique circumstances and schedule.
Agile Program/PMO Setup.
Global Embedded Team Mentoring. We assist via process mentoring and engineering mentoring in the United States, Europe, India, and China.
- Process Mentoring. Our experts will mentor your project teams, including aspiring ScrumMasters and Product Owners. Includes assistance preparing for and facilitating common workshops and meetings (Discovery Session, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Standup, Retrospectives), adaptive mentoring, and on-call consulting.
- Engineering Mentoring. Our experts will mentor your Lead Agile Developer(s) within your core team, with a special focus on helping the team ramp up on Agile Engineering practices and tools such as test driven development, automated testing, automated builds, continuous integration and pair programming.
